The ink draws inspiration from the Lola Basyang narrative “Kapatid ng Tatlong Maria,” following a young boy on a quest to find his sisters, taken away as divine retribution. Severino Reyes, the author of Lola Basyang stories, was born in 1861.

“Sea and Sky” presents a gentle bluish teal hue resembling the sea, enhanced by an earthy red shimmer that overlays its surface.
