Formosa is made of fine brass with a silver-plated overlay, covering the blue acrylic pen barrel. Turning the pen to see the abstract mountains and sea became the poetic filigree patterns in such a sophisticated pen, which shows Labans outstanding manufacturing technique.

Mirroring the torpedo shape pen design, the clip comes to a sharp point at each end. It shows an elegant balance. Laban logo is engraved on the cap band.
