To produce the new Avatar, Pineider has developed a new assembly technology, called GlueLess whichuses 3D engineering and high precision manufacturing for which each individual pen is assembled without using a single drop of glue. Every component precisely fits each other by simple framed parts.

The cap lock mechanism is followed by a thin film inserted to protect the magnet from corrosion and allows a soft touch closure. The rollerball is powered with latest softline technology.A sophisticated solid steel clip compensated from inner spring and mechanismis built in the cap top of the pen. The Finely engraved band is inspired from the skyline of Florence. The pen comes packaged in aluxury paper box.
