The grip section is alternating bands of royal blue and gold, echoing the funeral mask of King Tutankhamun, one of the most recognizable imagesin art and culture today. Godl and lapis lazuli adorn the end caps of the Pen of the Year- on one end ahieroglyph eye and on the other a carved representation of a scarab, a very significant and sacred animal to the ancient Egyptians. A unique writing experience. limited to just 125 rollerballs. Each one is presented in a black, highly polished wooden case.
