The LAMY dialog 3 Fountain Pen – Piano Blackis a pioneering cap-less fountain pen. Due to its fascinating rotating mechanism, the spring slides effortlessly out of the interior of the barrel, while the clip lowers. While the Dialog 3 is closed, a ball valve automatically pushes in front of the opening, eliminating contamination and the nib drying out. The ingenious design of the clip allows the user know if the nib is still retracted because the clip has recessed and will not attach to the pocket.
